Over The Edge CC was established in 2012 by Sean Johnston who has 30 years of experience in the field of hospitality and catering. OTE specializes in the retail food market supplying hot and cold deli, take away, HMR, bakery, butchery and display equipment. Designing of retail kitchens and serving counters, supply, installation and training ensures a seamless service from concept to gross profit.
Due to the growth in the past 3 years, we include technical back up through service department specialists that can set up menus, costing, and training to launch the service areas and support them until they are self-sufficient. Concept solutions such as Doughnuts, pizza etc have successfully been implemented in several stores to help create interest for customers. OTE also offers a full maintenance service for breakdowns and repairs. This has a 24hr response time.
Our range of equipment for kitchens is from manufactured items such as stainless steel tables and sinks to imported items such as Combi steamer ovens. We are also able to supply all the hardware used in a kitchen; utensils pots etc. We have experience working with all forms of energy supply gas and electric.
Whenever possible we also recondition good second hand equipment to assist new entrepreneurs.
